Suwan Golf & Country Club is an award-winning championship course renowned for its strategic challenge and excellent conditioning, often rivaling some of Bangkok's most exclusive clubs. The layout is characterized by hilly terrain, numerous water hazards (on about 15 holes), and deep, well-placed bunkers, demanding accuracy and smart course management rather than just brute force.

The course is known for its exceptionally well-maintained conditions, particularly the greens which are fast, true, and feature significant undulations and slopes. The fairways are Paspalum grass, offering excellent lies, while the greens are a high-quality Ultra Dwarf Bermuda grass. The atmosphere is peaceful and rural, offering a great escape from the city hustle. The main downsides noted by players are the potential for lengthy travel time from downtown Bangkok and occasional slow play on weekends.
